Uncrossing Spell

I love a good uncrossing spell. Often folks feel that they have been cursed or had negative energy sent their way. Sometimes this is true, but more often than not, it's self inflicted. The more you believe you've been cursed, the more you will start to see signs to confirm that. Doing an uncrossing spell can help to clear negative energy, clear curses, and help to shake off any blocks that are in the way of your moving forward.

For this working you will need:
*Bowl of salt water (ideally from the ocean)
*Your favorite cleansing incense or herbs (sage, rosemary, palo santo, copal are all good choices for this spell)
*Uncrossing oil

Create an altar on the floor with all of the items listed above; if possible make this altar on the floor of your bathroom. Light the incense or herbs and use the smoke to cleanse around your spirit body. Don't touch your skin and be careful to watch for pieces that fall off and could still be burning.

Take the bowl of salt water and go into the shower. Pour the water down your body and then take a shower. Scrub your body and use any salt that remains in the bottom of the bowl to scrub.

When you are finished dry off and return to your altar. Take the uncrossing oil and anoint the bottoms of your feet, your knees, your lower belly, your navel, your heart, your throat, your third eye, and finally the top of your head.
