Dream Spell

We can gather a lot of information from our dreams. When we are stuck, blocked, or need insight, asking for a dream to help can really shift trapped energy and bring greater awareness. The following spell can help you to open up more clearly to the dream realm and seek the answers you need.


For this dream spell you will be making a sachet to place under your pillow. You will need the following ingredients*:
*Small bag or pouch
*Dried or powdered cinnamon
*Dried mugwort
*Dried tarragon
*Dried lavender
*Small quartz crystal
With a mortar and pestle grind all of the herbs together until you have a mostly fine powder. Pour the herb powder into the small bag. Finally place the quartz in the bag. Hold the dream pouch in both of your hands and say the following:
"Dreams and clarity 
come to me
Show me the wisdom
that I need
I am ready to receive
the power of my dream"
Place the dream pouch under the your pillow. As soon as you wake up (anytime in the night or first thing in the morning) write down what comes to you.




*NOTE: If you are allergic to any of the ingredients just simply leave them out of the sachet.
