Crystal Bad Habit Breaking Spell

This spell will help you to break, stop, or banish any bad habits that you are ready to let go of. This spell is best performed during a New Moon. To perform this spell you will need the following items:

-Double terminated quartz crystal OR amethyst OR kunzite OR lepidolite
-A charm bag (a small drawstring bag that can fit in your pocket)
-Frankincense incense
-Eucalyptus in any form

On a new moon take some time in contemplation on the bad habit you are ready to release. Take a cleansing bath or shower. Energetically and physically wash that bad habit off of your body and spirit. Watch as the water goes down the drain, taking your bad habit along with it.

Gather all the above items in one space. Light the incense and use this to smoke cleanse your body and the stone. Place the stone in the charm bag with the eucalyptus. Leave this out in your windowsill for the night.

The next morning, place the charm bag in your pocket. Keep it with you at all times. Put the charm bag under your pillow while you sleep at night.
