Greetings!
Once upon a time the ancient Celtic peoples would gather in early August, when it was warm and dry, to meet with the far away tribes and come together in community to trade and play. A group of Sonoma County Witches and Milk & Honey are teaming up to recreate a Witches Lammas Fair in Sonoma County with the first (of what will hopefully be an annual) in Sebastopol!
The Witches Lammas Fair will be held on Saturday, August 3rd 2024 at Subud Hall, located at 234 Hutchins Ave in Sebastopol. We are reaching out to unique vendors, creators, spiritual folks, readers, and healers to see if you would be interested in having booth space at this first fair and celebrate with the community.
Our plan is to have a food vendor or two with small crafters and artists at booths both inside and outside of Subud Hall. The day will wrap up with a Lammas Ritual led by the Sonoma County witches, who have been planning and organizing public rituals for the past year.
We will be asking for a donation of $5 for everyone attending the Fair. This fee will get them into the event, into the ritual, and entered into a raffle!
For vendors the breakdown is as follows:
$50 - Outside Crafters Booth Space - includes a six foot table and two chairs, but no tent or umbrella covering. You can bring your own covering if desired.
$100 - Inside Crafters Booth Space - includes a six foot table and two chairs inside the building. These spaces are limited.
$30 - Outside Readers Booth Space - includes a small table with two chairs for performing readings, but not tent or umbrella covering. You can bring your own covering if desired.
$60 - Inside Readers Booth Space - includes a small table with two chairs for performing readings inside the building. THese spaces are limited.
All vendors will be responsible for collecting their own payments and sales; as well as hosting their booth throughout the entire event.
Set up will take place from 9am to 11am the day of. Clean up will start at 6pm and all vendors will need to be out of the space no later than 7pm.

If you have any additional questions please reach out to Phoenix.
