How do I return an item?
Refund & Return Policy:
We are confident you will love our products and will receive them
in a timely manner and in excellent condition.
For the rare occasion that a return is necessary, the following return policy is as follows:
We accept returns for exchange or cash refund within 7 calendar days
after delivery confirmation of the product(s).
At
our sole discretion, after 7 calendar days, we will offer an
exchange or
store credit only until 14 calendar days
after delivery confirmation of
the product(s).
Customer pays a 25% (per item
returned) restocking fee
for any returned items within the 14 day
allowance,
as well as all shipping costs,
unless we are at fault for shipping defective or incorrect items.
Item(s) returned within 7-14 calendar days of delivery confirmation must be in
"new, unaltered and unused condition"
in order to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• Within 7-14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
• Must not be a special order or a custom order
• Unless particular item(s) have a different return policy time
period other than 7-14 days noted in that item's particular item
description.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us,
please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery at:

Items
that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order
but received from us, will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
All refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive
it.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to
return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us
will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
