Born in June, 1996,
right here on North Main Street
in downtown Sebastopol, California.
For 15 years, Milk & Honey has had the
honor of winning "Best Gift Store" and/or "Best Jewelry Store"
in the entire County of Sonoma,
in the North Bay Bohemian Annual Reader's Poll.
 Milk & Honey is filled with spiritual and intentional gifts & tools that support members of our local and global communities on their various healing paths towards enlightenment. Milk & Honey basks in the pleasure of keeping the goddess alive in all of humanity! It is our honor to empower women of all shapes, sizes, colors, ages, sexual identities & spiritual beliefs, in embracing the power & magic of being a woman by honoring the feminine divine in us all.In April, 2010 Milk & Honey opened The Goddess Lounge Cafe, an intimate, cozy space for customers to bask and soak up the divine energy Milk & Honey has to offer.
The Goddess Lounge has a full elixir, coffee & tea bar, and boasts serving
only local and organic items on our menu.

Meet the Co-Owners of Milk & Honey~
Candra & Alyssa

Candra Anaya, Co-OwnerHaving
studied and been a certified practitioner of multiple healing arts
including: Reiki, massage, hypnotherapy and ThetaHealing, Candra
beautifully weaves her spiritual quest to heal and advance the feminine
divine into her work with Milk & Honey. Believing her work is a
spiritual calling, she takes great joy in connecting with those that
come to Milk & Honey seeking higher consciousness and tools that
promote their spiritual and/or political growth. Candra is a
co-priestess in a women's circle that celebrates ancient goddess
traditions. As well, Candra has studied the sacred, spiritual path of
Tantra for the past 10 years, and became an initiated Dakini in 2004.
Prior to Milk & Honey, Candra spent 5 years as a counselor dedicated
to young women aged 12-18. Many customers have experienced Candra
integrate her work as a counselor into her work at Milk & Honey,
giving the phrase "retail therapy" a whole new meaning! Candra feels
deeply honored and blessed to be a part of Milk & Honey and the
amazing community that Milk & Honey brings forth.
Alyssa Anaya, Co-Owner Having studied
spiritual direction and dreamwork in Berkeley, California, at the
Unitarian-Universalist seminary of the Graduate Theological Union called
Starr King, Alyssa received her Masters of Divinity, and her life's calling as a spiritual healer began. Alyssa has explored many spiritual paths, including Hinduism, Paganism, Tantra and Yoga. For over 20 years, Alyssa has magically weaved qualities of each of these spiritual traditions into the fiber of her being, through a daily practice of meditation. She has studied dream work extensively, is an amazing artist, a gifted hands-on healer, is certified in Reiki, and has studied the sacred, spiritual path of Tantra for 10 years, having become an initiated Dakini in 2003. Alyssa has led workshops along the West Coast in areas of both dreamwork and in Tantra. Alyssa brings a lifetime worth of spiritual exploration into her work at Milk & Honey, gifting customers with deep and profound guidance. Alyssa loves to discuss dreams and spiritual growth with customers at Milk & Honey, finding the love and light in most every discussion shared. Alyssa feels
deeply honored and blessed to be a part of Milk & Honey and the beautiful community that Milk & Honey brings forth.
